XiControls for Delphi is a free set of four visual components that can be used as alternatives to the standard controls. All components are available in several easily switchable themes and can to be customized thoroughly. The package contains: XiButton, XiProgressBar, XiTrackBar and XiPanel.

I haven't gotten around to uploading it to this server yet, but it can be downloaded from Torrys Delphi Pages
